Beargrass, also known as xerophyllum tenax are grass-like leaves that originate from the lily family.  This foliage has many uses, from floral arrangements to basket weaving.  The most common use for beargrass is in floral arrangements, as filler greens.  The beargrass adds elegance and style to a floral arrangement without being too overbearing and clustered.  Adding beargrass to any floral presentation lets you create unique, one of a kind, memorable pieces of art.  Beargrass is easy to work with and maneuver into place.  Its length gives you the ability to trim and create arrangements to meet individual requirements.
